6ppp Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "6ppp", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 6ppp platform accessible at 6ppp.pro.
• "Platform" means the 6ppp website, mobile-optimised browser interface, casino games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6ppp Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the 6ppp Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) via an approved payment method and credited to the Player's Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by 6ppp that are subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of qualifying bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Crypto as listed on the 6ppp banking page at the time of transaction.

By accessing the 6ppp Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the 6ppp Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 6ppp Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and 6ppp with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

To register and maintain an Account on the 6ppp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age threshold is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online casino or sports betting activities is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or director of 6ppp or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 6ppp Platform or had an Account closed by 6ppp for a policy violation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

6ppp reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage and to request supporting identity documentation, including a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 6ppp Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 6ppp is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

Account credentials, including your username and password, are personal to you. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any third party to access your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

• Accounts may only be funded using Approved Payment Methods registered in your own name.
• Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods may be suspended pending investigation.
• 6ppp reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and to confiscate any balances held across those Accounts.
• Account registration is free of charge. 6ppp does not charge any fee for opening or maintaining an Account.

6ppp accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following Approved Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Crypto. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds by our payment processor. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically credited within standard inter-bank transfer timeframes during banking hours.

• All deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 6ppp does not accept cash deposits or cheques under any circumstances.
• Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from an Approved Payment Method registered to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
• 6ppp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your Account balance and used in play. Contact support immediately if you deposit an incorrect amount.

By depositing funds into your 6ppp Account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime purpose.

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

• A withdrawal request will only be processed once your Account identity verification is complete and all required documentation has been approved.
• Any active Bonus Balance wagering requirement must be fully satisfied before the associated Real Money Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and vary by payment method.
• 6ppp aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank follow standard inter-bank transfer timelines.
• 6ppp reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts in your own name. Payments to third parties are strictly prohibited.

6ppp reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, 6ppp will notify the Player and may request additional verification information.

6ppp offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus play. These terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of this agreement.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have fully completed the Account registration and verification process.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses cannot be used on all games. Eligible games for wagering requirement contribution are listed in the promotion terms.
• 6ppp reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will have their Account suspended and any bonus-derived winnings voided.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms.
• Cashback offers, reload bonuses, and free bet promotions are each subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

All games available on the 6ppp Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) software or live dealer feeds supplied by licensed third-party studios. Game outcomes are determined independently of 6ppp and cannot be influenced by the Platform operator.

By participating in any game on the 6ppp Platform, you accept the rules of that specific game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the outcome recorded in 6ppp's server logs, the server log record shall be deemed authoritative.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after the round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account balance.
• 6ppp is not liable for any interrupted gameplay arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface prior to play.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

For cricket and other sports betting, match results and market settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body. 6ppp's sportsbook team reserves the right to void bets in circumstances of irregular match activity or force majeure events affecting the outcome of a sporting event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6ppp Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the below activities will have their Account suspended and any associated balances held pending investigation. 6ppp reserves the right to permanently close Accounts and void winnings where prohibited conduct is established.

6ppp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across the entire Platform. We believe that gambling should always remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never become a source of financial or personal harm. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 6ppp Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period. Once a loss limit is reached, further play is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing, during which you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 6ppp.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the Platform.
• Use the 6ppp name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 6ppp intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ppp, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from a technical malfunction, server error, or interruption of service.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or any applicable game rules.
• Unauthorised access to your Account by a third party where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any delay in processing a deposit or withdrawal caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any bank.
• Any loss resulting from your reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.

Where 6ppp is found to be liable for any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions, liability shall be limited to the amount deposited by you into your 6ppp Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 6ppp's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 6ppp.

Either party may terminate the agreement constituted by these Terms and Conditions at any time. You may close your Account by contacting 6ppp support via live chat and requesting Account closure. 6ppp will process your closure request promptly and return any eligible Real Money Balance to your registered payment method.

6ppp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory instruction.
• Any other conduct that 6ppp reasonably considers detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.

Upon Account closure by either party, any outstanding Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player subject to completion of identity verification and confirmation that no outstanding policy violation investigation is pending.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 6ppp holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the 6ppp Platform.

6ppp operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. The existence of this licence does not imply that online gambling is legal in every jurisdiction from which Players may attempt to access the Platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any wager.

6ppp reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 6ppp will notify Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In some cases, 6ppp may also notify Players via the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the 6ppp Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended terms take effect.
